Registering on hottee.co is very simple. All you need to do is submit your name, surname and email address and generate a password.  We’ll email you to confirm your registration. After that you can use your email address and password to log in

The great thing about signing up for hottee.com is that once you’ve submitted your details such as delivery address/es you won’t need to do it again. So ordering will be really fast and we’ll save you time keying in all these details every time. Your Wishlist is saved as well, so you can come back anytime to buy what you favorited. All your personal data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties

Ordering on hottee.com is really simple. Just browse the awesome tee selection currently available in our catalog. We do have several items that are limited edition. You can also do a search, and once you have found what you’re looking for simply click the “Options” button below the product 

This will let you select color, size and quantity. When you’re done with your selection just add to your cart. If you are not sure that you want to buy yet, you can simply put the item in your Wishlist for later by clicking on “Add to Wishlist”. Once you’re ready to finish your order, go to the cart from the top right of the page, make sure everything is as you wanted and then proceed to checkout. We have a variety of shipping methods to choose from depending on your location and how quickly you want the products delivered. If your order value is over $49 you'll qualify for Free shipping. Finally, you’ll need to submit your preferred payment method. If you have an account, we will keep your billing and delivery information on our secure server for you to use in any future orders.

Yes, we accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with the t-shirt you ordered. You can contact us at support@hottee.co and request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. However, currently we only refund the shipping costs if the t-shirt was damaged during transit or manufacturing. Please take photos of any damages right away and email them to us, so we can process your request quicker

We endeavour to have all the products in our Catalog in stock and ready to be dispatched. When you place your order it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Depending on the shipment option you’ve selected you can also track your order. The delivery date will depend on your location and when you ordered.
